: Nigel and Larry. : I got the same problem with my 04 3.2DID elegance. It overheated when towing my loaded caravan back from cornwall in 2006.When I got back we got a recall letter and had the work done for overheating problems. Did some more towing ( max distance 90 miles ) with no more probs then took it down to Cornwall in aug2007 and it overheated at Reading but as long as I kept it at less than 2000rpm it was okay untill those Cornish hills.Rad has been flushed and all the mechanics cannot find fault like head gasket etc. Ive actually cancelled this years holiday because I dare not tow more than 90 miles any help or suggestions. Not how this works as I have never tried this before : cheers, : andy
