L200 squeaky brakes

My 3 week old L200 has developed squeaky brakes it only happens when moving slowly but is realy making my bloood boil cos hav just got it have only done miles do i need to replace pads or are they just dusting up quick due to global friendly matterials being used in modern manufacturing processes. Can anyone shed some light on my problem
