I got the same problem with my 03 3.2DID elegance.It over heates when towing my loaded caravan up hills.On the flat its ok,when not towing its perfect.I over heated going to Cornwall last year,i had to keep on stoping.Whent to Mitsubishi near Newqey,they ran tests on it for 4 hours,head gaskit ok,flushed rad out.They said that the flush out may cure it,if not it looked like a new rad,No trouble for the next 3 weeks ,on way home first hill overheated.AA relay got us home to Kent.Have not towed since been perfect but going away in July,need to get problem sorted.On reading some of the problems on the forem sights it seems to point at the radiator being slightly blocked.Have you sorted your problem out?if so you might be able to help me.
